What is the refund/exchange policy?
No cash refund. Store credit and exchange is available with the exception of shoes, accessories and dresses. Shipping cost will not be covered.
Cell phone sales are final! If the phone is defective, please call manufacturer.
What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
This is the only exception to the refund policy. We will refund your payment if the item is out of stock. If you choose to be notified when the item becomes available, we will get your contact information and notify you directly.
